Concealed Weapon Slot
The concealed weapon slot lets you to carry pistols on the course of. Some players utilize this slot to achieve certain goals and targets, particularly those who want to go for Suit Only. Others prefer to have the additional pistol to make an additional gap. The items that are smuggled are different from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that conceal small objects in the scenery, and objects directly.
Mission planning is a feature that is available in episodic missions that allows players to unlock different starting locations, smuggled items and gear slots prior to their entry into the map. As players progress through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these planning options increase. This gives players the ability to create the perfect mission for every task.
Gear Slot
The gear slots will quickly fill up early in the game, resulting in the dreaded message "Your Gear Slots are Full". This message stops Max from acquiring new equipment until the previous items are taken away or space is obtained. The solution to this issue is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which give players more inventory space in exchange for the completion of challenge missions. Since many of these challenges could be not completed and are scattered across the globe, it could take a while to get the most inventory slots in the game.
Each player can have up to five different kinds of gear in their five Gear Slots. They must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to a Break-In. Each individual gear item (except the Pistol) will take up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades of the same type) only has one Gear Slot.
Agency Pickups
As you advance through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups that are on the map. These locations allow you to keep items that aren't suitable in your concealed weapon or gear slot. You can get them back later.
These pick-ups can be useful if your mission requires you to pass through a frisk, or if you carry a weapon with you that could raise suspicion. But, you are only able to keep one item at a time at a location that is a pickup for the agency.
